Colorado High School Basketball - Discovery Canyon fells Pueblo West
December 10, 2022: Colorado Springs, CO 80921 Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pueblo West Cyclones (Pueblo West, CO), 35-22 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Discovery Canyon upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Thunder travel to Widefield (Colorado Springs, CO) to play the Gladiators in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 14. The Gladiators go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Cyclones play the Canon City Tigers (Canon City, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 15. Pueblo West will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 34-28 non-league win over The Classical Academy (Colorado Springs, CO).
