Virginia High School Basketball - Wilson Memorial knocked off by Strasburg
December 10, 2022: Fishersville, VA 22939 The Strasburg Rams basketball team scored 33 points and held the host Wilson Memorial Green Hornets to 25 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Rams now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Page County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Strasburg will battle a Panthers team coming off a 34-23 non-league loss to Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.
The Green Hornets (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, VA). The Blue Streaks enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Harrisonburg ran past Luray (Luray, VA), 58-25, in a non-league contest.
