New Mexico High School Basketball - Cuba overwhelms Mesa Vista
December 10, 2022: Ojo Caliente, NM 87549 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Cuba Rams (Cuba, NM) and the host Mesa Vista Trojans (Ojo Caliente, NM), saw Cuba's basketball squad wallop Mesa Vista by a tally of 64-34.
With the victory, Cuba improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Rams host Tohatchi (Tohatchi, NM) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 19. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 6-0.
Next up, the Trojans play the Santa Rosa Lions (Santa Rosa, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Mesa Vista will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
