The Monsignor Scanlan Crusaders basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Mt. Zion Prep Academy Warriors to 42 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Sunday.

The Crusaders now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Gorman for a non-league contest on Monday, December 18. Monsignor Scanlan will battle a Gaels team coming off a 67-18 league win over Desert Oasis (Las Vegas, NV). The Gaels record now stands at 3-0.

The Warriors (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Shabach Christian Academy (Landover, MD). The Eagles come into the Freelance contest with a 5-2 record.
