In Tuesday's non-league test, the Florence Buffaloes (Florence, TX) basketball squad defeated the host Austin Achieve Polar Bears (Austin, TX), by a final score of 35-26.

Next, the Buffaloes clash with the Lago Vista Vikings (Lago Vista, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 17. Florence will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 13-1 record after their 47-40 league win over LBJ Austin (Austin, TX).
