December 10, 2024: Frederick, MD 21701 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bullis Bulldogs (Potomac, MD) and the host Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots (Frederick, MD), observed Bullis's basketball team overwhelm Governor Thomas Johnson by a score of 74-27.
The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Flint Hill (Oakton, VA). The Huskies come into the Mid-Atlantic challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Flint Hill trounced Landon (Bethesda, MD), 92-88, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Patriots encounter the Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD) in a CMC challenge, on Friday, December 13. Governor Thomas Johnson will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 61-42 league win over Urbana (Ijamsville, MD).
