With the victory, Deer Park advances its record to 9-6 on the year. The Deer host Clear Brook (Friendswood, TX) to face the Wolverines in a 6A Region III District 24 match on Tuesday, December 17. The Wolverines enter the match with a record of 10-6.
The Falcons now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to MacArthur for a non-league match on Friday, December 13. Channelview will face a Generals squad coming off a 39-37 non-league loss to Porter (Porter, TX). The Generals record now stands at 3-7.
