December 10, 2024: Medford, WI 54451 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Medford Raiders (Medford, WI) and the visiting D.C. Everest Evergreens (Schofield, WI), observed Medford's basketball team overcome D.C. Everest by a score of 74-64.
The Raiders (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mosinee (Mosinee, WI). The Indians come into the Great Northern challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Mosinee gained a win over Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln (Wisconsin Rapids, WI), 63-47, in a non-league bout.
With the loss, D.C. Everest falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Evergreens host Marshfield (Marshfield, WI) to play the Tigers in a Wisconsin Valley bout on Friday, December 13. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Marshfield won 61-34 in their recent non-league bout against La Crosse Central (La Crosse, WI)
