The Ledford Panthers basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting Mount Airy Granite Bears to 59 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now have a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Parkland for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. Ledford will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 58-56 non-league win over Thomasville (Thomasville, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Mount Airy falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Granite bears host East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11.
