December 10, 2024: Maquoketa, IA 52060 Western Dubuque Bobcats (Epworth, IA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Maquoketa Cardinals (Maquoketa, IA), 60-53 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Western Dubuque advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Wahlert (Dubuque, IA) to face the Golden Eagles in a Mississippi Valley match on Friday, December 13. The Golden Eagles enter the match with a record of 2-0. Wahlert won 65-56 in their recent non-league match against Assumption (Davenport, IA)
