December 10, 2024: Woodsboro, TX 78393 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Mathis Pirates basketball team scored a close 55-53 triumph over the Woodsboro Eagles.
The Pirates (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Science and Tech (Corpus Christi, TX). The Stingrays go into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Ingleside Mustangs (Ingleside, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. Woodsboro will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 7-3 record after their 41-34 non-league win over Agua Dulce (Agua Dulce, TX).
