The Peoria Lions (Peoria, IL) basketball edged the host Morton Potters (Morton, IL), 33-31 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Centennial for a Big Twelve bout on Friday, December 13. Peoria will play a Chargers team coming off a 84-56 non-league loss to New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 3-4.
