December 10, 2024: Barrington, IL 60010 St. Charles North North Stars (St. Charles, IL) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL), 31-16 in a non-league match.
With the victory, St. Charles North advances its record to 9-0 on the year. The North Stars travel to St. Francis (Wheaton, IL) to meet the Spartans in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 11. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 2-5. St. Francis lost 43-28 in their recent non-league match against Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL)
The Fillies/Broncos now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palatine for a Mid-Suburban - West match on Friday, December 13. Barrington will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 50-15 non-league win over Wheeling (Wheeling, IL). The Pirates record now stands at 5-4.
