The Turkeyfoot Valley Area Rams (Confluence, PA) basketball edged the host Bishop Walsh Spartans (Cumberland, MD), 40-37 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Rams now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Blacklick Valley for a Western Pennsylvania bout on Thursday, December 12. Turkeyfoot Valley Area will play a Vikings team coming off a 50-29 league win over Ferndale (Johnstown, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-0.
