Kentucky High School Basketball - Bryan Station thwarts Henry County
December 10, 2024: Lexington, KY 40505 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bryan Station Defenders (Lexington, KY) and the visiting Henry County Wildcats (New Castle, KY), observed Bryan Station's basketball team knock off Henry County by a score of 54-38.
The Defenders (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Male (Louisville, KY). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Male was knocked off by North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY), 72-39, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Owen County Rebels (Owenton, KY) in a District 31 challenge, on Friday, December 13. Henry County will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 56-37 non-league loss to Walton-Verona (Walton, KY).
