Missouri High School Basketball - Webster Groves routs Clayton
December 10, 2024: St. Louis, MO 63105 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Webster Groves Statesmen basketball team scored a big 61-40 triumph over the Clayton Greyhounds.
The Statesmen (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Visitation Academy (St. Louis, MO). The Vivettes go into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Visitation Academy was trounced by Cor Jesu Academy (St. Louis, MO), 53-24, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Greyhounds confront the Pattonville Pirates (Maryland Heights, MO) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 12. Clayton will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Pirates enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 55-53 league win over Ladue Horton Watkins (St. Louis, MO).
