Delaware High School Basketball - Odessa trounced by DuPont
December 10, 2024: Townsend, DE 19734 DuPont Tigers (Wilmington, DE) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Odessa Ducks (Townsend, DE), 76-25 in a non-league match.
With the victory, DuPont advances its record to 1-2 on the year. The Tigers travel to Coolidge (Washington, DC) to face the Colts in a non-league match on Sunday, December 15. The Colts enter the match with a record of 4-0. Coolidge won 57-8 in their recent league match against Dunbar (Washington, DC)
The Ducks now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concord for a Blue Hen Flight - A match on Thursday, December 12. Odessa will face a Raiders squad coming off a 46-33 league loss to Middletown (Middletown, DE). The Raiders record now stands at 0-2.
