In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Stewart County Rebels basketball team scored a good 41-32 triumph over the Sycamore War Eagles.

The Rebels (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Trigg County (Cadiz, KY). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Trigg County was toppled by Crittenden County (Marion, KY), 60-34, in a league contest.

In their next game, the War Eagles confront the Cheatham County Central Cubs (Ashland City, TN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. Sycamore will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Cubs go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 61-19 non-league win over Montgomery Central (Cunningham, TN).
