Washington High School Basketball - Lakeside holds off St. George's
December 10, 2024: Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026 The Lakeside Eagles basketball team scored 26 points and limited the visiting St. George's Dragons to 25 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Lakeland for a non-league game on Friday, December 13. Lakeside will confront a Hawks team coming off a 47-35 non-league win over Cheney (Cheney, WA). The Hawks record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, St. George's falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Newport (Newport, WA) to confront the Grizzlies in a non-league game on Friday, December 13. The Grizzlies go into the game with a record of 1-1. Newport lost 49-4 in their recent non-league game against Colville (Colville, WA)
