California High School Basketball - Sonora holds off Santa Monica
December 10, 2024: La Habra, CA 90631 The Sonora Raiders basketball team scored 37 points and limited the visiting Santa Monica Vikings to 35 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Raiders now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Villa Park for a game on Friday, January 10.
With the loss, Santa Monica falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 0-2. Peninsula lost 43-14 in their recent non-league game against Serra (Gardena, CA)
