December 10, 2024: Grass Valley, CA 95945 Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), 6-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Rocklin moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Del Oro (Loomis, CA) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a test on Tuesday, December 17. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-1. Del Oro won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA)
The Miners now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ponderosa for a non-league test on Friday, December 13. Nevada Union will clash with a Bruins team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to River City (West Sacramento, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 0-3.
