The East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC) basketball crushed the visiting East Gaston Warriors (Mt. Holly, NC), 52-27 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Stuart W. Cramer for a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 11. East Lincoln will play a Storm team coming off a 60-43 non-league win over East Rutherford (Forest City, NC). The Storm record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, East Gaston falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Warriors host Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy (Huntersville, NC) to confront the Eagles in a non-league contest on Friday, December 13.
