California High School Basketball - EF Academy overwhelmed by Bassett
December 10, 2025: Pasadena, CA 91104 In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Bassett Olympians (La Puente, CA) basketball team crushed the host EF Academy Hawks (Pasadena, CA), by a tally of 56-30.
The Olympians now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Eastside Christian for a non-league bout on Friday, December 12. Bassett will play a Eagles team coming off a 67-12 non-league loss to Glenn (Norwalk, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, EF Academy falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Hawks host New Roads (Santa Monica, CA) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 11. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 2-2. New Roads lost 66-45 in their recent league test against Vistamar (El Segundo, CA)
