California High School Soccer - Muir nudges St. Francis
December 10, 2025: La Canada, CA 91011 The Muir Mustangs soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host St. Francis Golden Knights to 2 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Mustangs now have a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Glendale for a non-league game on Friday, December 12. Muir will play a Nitros squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA). The Nitros record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, St. Francis moves to 0-2 on the year. The Golden knights travel to Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 3. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 5-1.
