December 11, 2021: Cleburne, TX 76033 The Cleburne Yellowjackets basketball team (Cleburne, TX), was overwhelmed 68-41 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Bel Air Highlanders (El Paso, TX)
The Highlanders now possess a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canutillo for a 5A Region I District 2 battle on Tuesday, January 4.
The Yellowjackets (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Venus (Venus, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 7-9 record. In their last battle, Venus was overwhelmed by Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX), 62-26, in a non-league battle.
