The Grand Valley Mustangs basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Brooklyn Hurricanes to 44 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Saturday.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Conneaut for a non-league contest on Monday, December 13. Grand Valley will battle a Spartans team coming off a 81-49 non-league loss to Pymatuning Valley (Andover, OH). The Spartans record now stands at 1-2.

The Hurricanes (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lutheran West (Rocky River, OH). The Longhorns come into the Chagrin Valley - Metro contest with a 1-2 record.
