The Wells Leopards basketball team (Wells, NV), was overwhelmed 49-21 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV)

The Mustangs now possess a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Virginia City for a non-league battle on Friday, December 17. Pershing County will battle a Muckers team coming off a 64-48 non-league loss to Mineral County (Hawthorne, NV). The Muckers record now stands at 3-5.

The Leopards (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 8-1 record.
