The Piedmont Wildcats basketball team (Piedmont, OK), was toppled 49-39 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Ponca City Wildcats (Ponca City, OK)

The Wildcats now possess a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Choctaw for a Oklahoma Big 10 battle on Tuesday, December 14. Ponca City will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 67-62 non-league win over Marshall (Oklahoma City, OK). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-2.
