New Mexico High School Basketball - Santa Fe nudges Valley
December 11, 2021: Albuquerque, NM 87107 Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM), 45-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Santa Fe upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Demons host Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM) to face the Rams in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 14. The Rams enter the game with a record of 2-3. Rio Rancho won 59-50 in their recent non-league game against Artesia (Artesia, NM)
With the defeat, Valley moves to 5-1 on the year. The Vikings travel to Cibola (Albuquerque, NM) to face the Cougars in a non-league game on Friday, December 17. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 2-3. Cibola lost 66-57 in their recent non-league game against Sandia (Albuquerque, NM)
