The Ansonia Tigers basketball team (Ansonia, OH), was toppled 60-40 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Union City Indians (Union City, IN)

The Indians now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winchester Community for a Tri-Eastern battle on Tuesday, December 14. Union City will confront a Golden Falcons team coming off a 73-14 league win over Cambridge City Lincoln (Cambridge City, IN). The Golden Falcons record now stands at 10-0.

The Tigers (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Fairlawn (Sidney, OH). The Jets come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Fairlawn beat Triad (North Lewisburg, OH), 54-11, in a non-league battle.
