Nebraska High School Basketball - Evanston knocked off by Scottsbluff
December 11, 2021: Scottsbluff, NE 69361 The Scottsbluff Bearcats basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Evanston Devils to 45 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bearcats now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gering for a B District 8 contest on Tuesday, December 14. Scottsbluff will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 48-30 non-league win over Chadron (Chadron, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-1.
The Devils (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Torrington (Torrington, WY). The Trailblazers enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Torrington ran past Pine Bluffs (Pine Bluffs, WY), 64-44, in a non-league contest.
