December 11, 2021: Castle Rock, CO 80104 The Liberty Lancers basketball team (Colorado Springs, CO), was overwhelmed 71-31 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO)
The Huskies now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Air Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 14. Douglas County will battle a Kadets team coming off a 54-45 non-league win over Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO). The Kadets record now stands at 1-1.
The Lancers (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pueblo West (Pueblo West, CO). The Cyclones come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Pueblo West was overwhelmed by Doherty (Colorado Springs, CO), 48-27, in a non-league battle.
