New York High School Basketball - Bishop Loughlin nudges Eagle Academy II
December 11, 2022: Brooklyn, NY 11238 Bishop Loughlin Lions (Brooklyn, NY) backers were in high spirits Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Eagle Academy II (Brooklyn, NY), 69-68 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bishop Loughlin upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Lions host Mt. St. Michael Academy (Bronx, NY) to clash with the Mountaineers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Mountaineers go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the clash with the Boys & Girls Kangaroos (Brooklyn, NY) in a PSAL Brooklyn AA bout, on Thursday, January 5. Eagle Academy II will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
