Newman AAA Cardinals (Boston, MA) backers were in high spirits Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Williston Northampton Wildcats (Easthampton, MA), 65-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Newman AAA upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Andover (Andover, MA) to clash with the Golden Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Golden Warriors go into the bout with a record of 0-0. Andover 1-1 in their recent non-league bout against Burke (Dorchester, MA)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Berkshire School Bears (Sheffield, MA) in a NEPSAC Freelance bout, on Friday, January 6. Williston Northampton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
