In Monday's non-league match, the host Basha Bears basketball team scored a good 72-56 triumph over the Higley Knights.

In their next game, the Bears meet the Dobson Mustangs (Mesa, AZ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 14. Basha will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 6-4 record after their 55-37 non-league loss to Hamilton (Chandler, AZ).
