December 11, 2023: Houston, TX 77041 Cypress Springs Panthers (Cypress, TX) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Cypress Ridge Rams (Houston, TX), 84-62 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Cypress Springs upgrades its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Panthers host Cypress Lakes (Katy, TX) to play the Spartans in a 6A Region II District 16 bout on Friday, December 15. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 6-6. Cypress Lakes lost 69-62 in their recent non-league bout against Foster (Richmond, TX)
Next up, the Rams play the Jersey Village Falcons (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region III District 17 bout, on Friday, December 15. Cypress Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 63-62 non-league win over Goose Creek Memorial (Baytown, TX).
