The Scotland County Tigers basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Highland Cougars to 35 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Tigers now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marion County for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Scotland County will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 54-42 non-league win over Highland (Ewing, MO). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-1.

The Cougars (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Cabool (Cabool, MO). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Cabool ran past Summersville (Summersville, MO), 54-49, in a league contest.
