The University Christian Barracudas basketball team (Hickory, NC), was toppled 34-22 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Millers Creek Christian Lions (Millers Creek, NC)

The Lions now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ashe County for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 14. Millers Creek Christian will confront a Huskies team coming off a 71-34 non-league win over Starmount (Boonville, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 2-5.

The Barracudas (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Lure Classical Academy (Lake Lure, NC). The Raptors come into the non-league battle with a 8-0 record.
