December 11, 2023: Peck, MI 48466 The Almont Raiders basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Peck Pirates to 34 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Monday.
The Raiders now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Armada for a Blue Water Area contest on Thursday, December 14. Almont will meet a Tigers team coming off a 34-31 non-league loss to Port Huron (Port Huron, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
The Pirates (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Memphis (Memphis, MI). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Memphis was defeated by Laker (Pigeon, MI), 31-20, in a non-league contest.
