In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Sahuaro Cougars basketball team scored a good 58-48 triumph over the American Leadership Academy Patriots.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Tanque Verde Hawks (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, December 13. Sahuaro will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Hawks enter the match with a 4-2 record after their 53-25 league win over Catalina (Tucson, AZ).

With the defeat, American Leadership Academy moves to 6-3 on the year. The Patriots host Greenway (Phoenix, AZ) to encounter the Demons in a non-league test on Wednesday, December 13.
