December 11, 2023: Cheboygan, MI 49721 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Charlevoix Rayders (Charlevoix, MI) and the host Cheboygan Chiefs (Cheboygan, MI), saw Charlevoix's basketball squad wallop Cheboygan by a tally of 46-24.
With the victory, Charlevoix improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Rayders travel to Grayling (Grayling, MI) to confront the Vikings in a Lake Michigan challenge on Thursday, December 14. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Grayling lost 54-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Petoskey (Petoskey, MI)
Next up, the Chiefs confront the Newberry Indians (Newberry, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 13. Cheboygan will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 46-29 league win over Pickford (Pickford, MI).
