Texas High School Basketball - Westbrook fells Colorado
December 11, 2023: Colorado City, TX 79512 Westbrook Wildcats (Westbrook, TX) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Colorado Wolves (Colorado City, TX), 62-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Westbrook upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Wildcats host Hermleigh (Hermleigh, TX) to play the Cardinals in a 1A Region II District 14 bout on Friday, December 15. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 8-6.
Next up, the Wolves play the Klondike Cougars (Lamesa, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Colorado will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 58-29 non-league loss to Valley (Turkey, TX).
