Louisiana High School Basketball - Erath holds off Delcambre
December 11, 2023: Erath, LA 70533 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Erath Bobcats (Erath, LA) and the visiting Delcambre Panthers (Delcambre, LA), saw Erath's basketball squad hold off Delcambre by a tally of 35-28.
With the victory, Erath improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Gueydan (Gueydan, LA) to confront the Bears in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 13. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Gueydan won 48-40 in their recent non-league challenge against South Cameron (Creole, LA)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy Eagles (Youngsville, LA) in a 2A District 8 challenge, on Thursday, December 14. Delcambre will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 46-9 non-league win over Northside Christian (Crowley, LA).
