Michigan High School Basketball - White Pigeon can't hold off Gobles
December 11, 2023: Gobles, MI 49055 The Gobles Tigers basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the visiting White Pigeon Chiefs to 33 in the Tigers non-league victory on Monday.
The Tigers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kalamazoo Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Gobles will battle a Comets team coming off a 65-40 league win over Lawton (Lawton, MI). The Comets record now stands at 1-0.
The Chiefs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Reading (Reading, MI). The Rangers come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Reading was nudged by Morenci (Morenci, MI), 48-41, in a non-league contest.
