Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Norwin overwhelms Greater Latrobe
December 11, 2023: North Huntingdon, PA 15642 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Norwin Knights (North Huntingdon, PA) and the visiting Greater Latrobe Wildcats (Latrobe, PA), saw Norwin's basketball squad wallop Greater Latrobe by a tally of 59-36.
With the victory, Norwin improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to South Fayette (McDonald, PA) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 14. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. South Fayette won 67-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the McKeesport Tigers (McKeesport, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 3 challenge, on Monday, December 18. Greater Latrobe will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
