The Richland County Tigers basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Marshall Lions to 28 in the Tigers league victory on Monday.

The Tigers now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairfield for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 14. Richland County will battle a Mules team coming off a 48-23 league win over Eldorado (Eldorado, IL). The Mules record now stands at 5-8.

The Lions (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against North Central (Farmersburg, IN). The Thunderbirds come into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, North Central triumphed over Clay City (Clay City, IN), 65-39, in a league contest.
