December 11, 2023: Marion, NC 28752 The N.C. School for the Deaf Bears basketball team (Morganton, NC), was overwhelmed 64-8 in Monday's non-league battle with the host New Manna Christian Wind (Marion, NC)
The Wind now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rockwell Christian School for a non-league battle on Friday, January 5.
The Bears (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Virginia School for the Deaf & Blind (Staunton, VA). The Cardinals come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Virginia School for the Deaf & Blind was overwhelmed by N.C. School for the Deaf (Morganton, NC), 44-12, in a non-league battle.
