Alabama High School Basketball - Georgiana overwhelms New Brockton
December 11, 2023: Georgiana, AL 36033 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Georgiana Panthers (Georgiana, AL) and the visiting New Brockton Gamecocks (New Brockton, AL), saw Georgiana's basketball squad wallop New Brockton by a count of 55-22.
With the victory, Georgiana upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Monroe County (Monroeville, AL) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Monroe County lost 30-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Jackson (Jackson, AL)
Next up, the Gamecocks play the Opp Bobcats (Opp, AL) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. New Brockton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
