December 11, 2023: Chicago, IL 60618 Lane Tech Lane Tech (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Simeon Wolverines (Chicago, IL), 62-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lane Tech upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Lane Tech travel to Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL) to play the Grizzlies in a bout on Wednesday, December 13. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
Next up, the Wolverines play the Perspectives Leadership/Technology Warriors (Chicago, IL) in a bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Simeon will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 8-0 record after their 54-39 non-league win over Thornwood (South Holland, IL).
