California High School Soccer - Tennyson nudges Kennedy
December 11, 2023: Hayward, CA 94544 Tennyson Lancers (Hayward, CA) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Kennedy Titans (Fremont, CA), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lancers confront the Castro Valley Trojans (Castro Valley, CA) in a West Alameda County - Foothill challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Tennyson will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 1-0 league win over San Lorenzo (San Lorenzo, CA).
The Titans now possess a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newark Memorial for a Mission Valley challenge on Wednesday, December 13. Kennedy will confront a Cougars team coming off a 3-3 non-league Granada (Livermore, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-0.
